Builtain started life as a maintenance company that has since grown to include all forms of construction as well as consultancy and management. Since founding Builtain in 2009, Charlie has seen the company grow exponentially, and it now employs over fifty people. He has worked in the industry since 1999, in areas that include residential sales, short lets, property management and construction. Charlie mainly focuses on any business development, and as a main point of contact for any large or specialist projects.

Bose comes from a construction background in India, and has been with Builtain since 2012. He has a Masters of Business Administration.

Benji obtained a BSc with honours in property and marketing, and has worked in both property development and as a search agent in the country. He joined Builtain in 2015 and works as a project manager on smaller construction projects, as well as assisting in the maintenance department.
